The last couple of days have been spent hanging the doors in the frame. As usual, the camera batteries decided to pack up on the interesting bits so these pictures aren't in order, but I've tried to explain how I've got the doors up there. There isn't much else I can say except the doors look absolutely fantastic! Although they weigh a ton, you can still push them open with even a gentle push (one fingered). I still need to put the lock and handle on, so I've had to leave them wedged open for now just in case the wind bashed them about and pulled at the hinges. Just need that big window in at the side and it will be an actual usable shed! Then maybe I can FINALLY move all the dozens of packs of shiplap out of the kitchen and get some room in the house for once!
Just a quick word about screwing the door to the hinges. I could only open the door at 90° because inside is the shed wall. So this created a slight problem in that the drill housing was pressing against the door frame as it turned, and as it has a serated edge (for gripping when you screw/unscrew it to change the drill bit), this would have chewed the door frame to pieces. So I slid a piece of card inbetween the drill and the frame, and as you can see it's gouged some pretty nasty marks into it... leaving the frame untouched.
